If Willy Wonka has a chocolate factory, PITTER/PATTER is a factory of ideas. The place where playful minds, adventurous hearts, rule breakers, and most of all awesome creators meet and turn imagination into creation.
We remember the times when we have these cool ideas of unique designs and catchy phrases floating around in our head, and we think that it would be cool if we can share it and even better, let people wear it. Yet only some of them ended up in people’s t-shirt or sweatshirts. Sad, but well, that was the reality, and life goes on. But the good news is we won’t let that happen to you.
That is why came up with PITTER/PATTER Design Competition, as a platform for you, all creative inventors, to pour all of your ideas and designs into something real like t-shirts, sweatshirts, and bags; before it explodes in your head. So, if you have all the creativity and ideas, and most of all, ready to show them into the world, you can do that as simple as 1 2 3!
HOW PITTER/PATTER DESIGN COMPETITION WORKS?
PITTER/PATTER Design Competition runs every month, with 2 submissions deadline each month, because we want to make sure that you have enough opportunities to be famous.
What you need to do?
Create designer account in our page, where you can display all of your design portfolio Submit your design before the deadline to join PITTER/PATTER Design Competition Wait for the announcement!What will the winners get?
If your design is chosen, you will get 250,00K and one t-shirt of your design plus 20 PITTER/PATTER points!
How do we score your design?
All design will be scored by members of PITTER/PATTER community
Who can join the t-shirt competition?
Any member of PITTER/PATTER community can submit their design.
How can I submit my design?
You only have to sign up and follow the submission criteria. If all the criteria fulfilled, your design will be display and ready for scoring.
The Submission Criteria
The design should be your original art work You should submit your design before x date or x date each months Upload your design in 150 x 150 pixel (for thumbnails) and in 250 x 300 pixel (for large scale image)Terms and Condition for Design Submission
Designer who submitted their design to PITTER/PATTER.com retains the ownership of their design. So, don’t be afraid, we are not going to steal your ideas! However, if your design chosen as the winner, PITTER/PATTER retains the exclusive rights of the winning-design for printing and selling of the design on PITTER/PATTER products, also the rights to use it on PITTER/PATTER website and other promotional materials. As for our attempt to protect the usage of your design from piracy, we will only display your design in low-res.
Participants of PITTER/PATTER design competition may not use their design for other commercial purposes during the competition period, which is for thirty (30) days after the submission time. After the scoring period is over, if your design is not selected as the winner of the competition, you obtain the rights of your design back and are able to use it for any purposes. However, if you decided to do that, you have to remove your design from your portfolio page in PITTER/PATTER website.
Your design must be your own original work and should not have been published previously. Your design should not contain any trademarked materials (such as logos, copyrighted materials, etc. of the third parties) or any materials that PITTER/PATTER finds offensive and/or explicit. If any claimed arouse regarding breach of copyrighted design, PITTER/PATTER shall not held responsible.
The winning design might need to be reworked to fit in the production materials and you shall have the freedom to finalize your design!
Any participants who are not comply with these terms and conditions can be excluded from PITTER/PATTER design competition, and will be notified by PITTER/PATTER.
The decision made by PITTER/PATTER is final and binding.
SHOPPING
How to shop?
Shopping in PITTER/PATTER is as easy as shopping in department stores, only more fun and easier. What you have to do is just browse through our product catalogues, choose the product that you want to buy, along with the size detail, and place it in the shopping cart. The products in your shopping cart can still be removed before you checking out to the payment counter.
Click proceeds to checkout counter whenever you are ready to finish your shopping.

Checking Out!
The checkout counter is the place where you need to fill in your order form with your name, email address, shipping address, delivery requirements and payment details. Once you finished fill in the details and check out your shopping details, click proceed.
How will I know that my order is confirmed?
After you have placed your order and checkout, we will send you notification of your purchase to your email address from shop@pitterpattershop.com. This notification is to ensure that we are processing your order and for you to check if there are any inaccuracies of your order.
How to pay?
The payment should be done by transferring the payment amount to our account xxx under the name of xxx.
The payment that you should transfer is the total amount of your shopping, including the shipping cost.
(Product price x Quantity) – Discount + Shipping Cost = Total Payment
You could confirm your payment via SMS to our customer service number xxx or email us at shop@pitterpattershop.com and then we will process the shipping. A notification will be sent to your email once we shipped your purchase.
How to use my points to get a discount?
Using your PITTER/PATTER Points is as easy as you earned it! You just have to type-in how many points you want to use as discount when you checking out.

When will we ship your order?
We will ship your purchase via JNE© as soon as we received your payment notification.
How much is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is varied depending on where you live or where do you want us to send it. You just need to choose the city where you lived in and we will provide with the shipping rate.
When will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive in approximately 4 days if you live in Greater Jakarta, and 7 days if you live outside Greater Jakarta.
How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, we will sent you a notification email along with the shipping number, so you can call and track your order
SALES RETURN POLICY
We do want you to receive our product in a good condition so you can use it comfortably and feel the excitement of the rejuvenation. So, if the product you receive has any kind of damages or defectiveness, do return it to us and we will provide you with the new one. Free shipping cost!
The only help from your side is that you need to send a notification email to customerservice@pitterpattershop.com at least 2 days after you receive your purchase. The email should contain the detail of the damages or defectiveness. Pictures will be helpful. After 2 days, your complain will not be processed.
