Checkout Counter
The checkout counter is the place where you need to fill in your order form with your name, email address, shipping address, delivery requirements and payment details. Once you finished fill in the details and check out your shopping details, click proceed.

Purchase Notification
After you have place your order and checkout, a notification of the purchase will be sent to your email address from shop@pitterpattershop.com. This notification is to ensure that we are processing your order and for you to check if there any inaccuracies of your order.


PAYMENT       
                               
The payment should be done by transferring the payment amount to our account xxx under the name of xxx. The payment that you should transfer is the total amount of your shopping, including the shipping cost.

(Product price x Quantity) – Discount + Shipping Cost = Total Payment

You could confirm your payment via SMS to our customer service number xxx or email us at shop@pitterpattershop.com and then we will process the shipping. A notification will be sent to your email once we shipped your purchase.


SHIPPING                                        
We ship to all cities in Indonesia. We will ship your purchase via xxx as soon as we received your payment notification. The shipping will be addressed to the address detail that you give to us, so you must provide us with the correct address detail because we really want you to get our product.

SALES RETURN POLICY                                

We do want you to receive our product in a good condition so you can use it comfortably and feel the excitement of the rejuvenation. So, if the product you receive has any kind of damages or defectiveness, do return it to us and we will provide you with the new one. Free shipping cost!

The only help from your side is that you need to send a notification email to customerservice@pitterpattershop.com at least 2 days after you receive your purchase. The email should contain the detail of the damages or defectiveness. Pictures will be helpful. After 2 days, your complain will not be processed.
